What are your fees?

We are in alpha. There are NO fees while we stay in alpha. Thank you for trusting us! When we do have fees we promise you won't choke.

Can I sign on without Facebook?

Our alpha only allows for Facebook users. This may or may not change when we go to beta.

Can I sell tickets on ticketmatch?

If you are a verified seller, yes, you can post and sell tickets on ticketmatch.

How are you different than StubHub?

We offer our users transparency in whom they are doing business with. Additionally StubHub is owned by eBay which has a major say in which products it integrates with (i.e. Paypal is also owned by eBay). We don't have these issues ... oh yeah, we don't take you from behind (i.e. you are not going to get hit hard with fees left and right)

Are you a ticket aggregator?

Not exactly but partially (you'll see tickets from craigslist on our site). We've written a set of classifiers on craigslist data to make sifting through that content easier for you while we get started. This means we've made unstructured data structured.

What are message templates?

This allows you to create a common 'form' message, save it, and use it when messaging the same thing to several users.
